How to enable clipboard permissions

If you're seeing a "Clipboard access denied" popup, it means your browser has blocked clipboard access for this site. To resolve this, you need to adjust your browser settings to allow clipboard permissions. Follow the instructions below for your specific browser to enable clipboard access and ensure seamless functionality on our site.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome settings by clicking the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner. Select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Privacy and Security in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Site settings.
  4. Scroll down to Permissions and click Clipboard.
  5. Find the site in the list of blocked sites. Click the dropdown next to it and select Allow.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge settings by clicking the three horizontal dots (menu) in the upper-right corner. Select Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Cookies and site permissions.
  3. Scroll down and click Clipboard.
  4. Find the site in the list of blocked sites. Click the dropdown next to it and select Allow.

Opera

  1. Click on the Opera logo in the upper-left corner to open the menu.
  2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can press Alt + P to open Settings directly.
  3. In the Settings menu, scroll down and click Advanced to expand more options. Find and click on Privacy & security.
  4. Within the Privacy & security section, click Site settings.
  5. Scroll down and find the Clipboard section under the Permissions category.
  6. Click Clipboard to open the settings and find yola.com in the list of blocked sites.
  7. Click the dropdown menu next to your site and select Allow.

General Instructions for Users:

  1. Reload the page: After making changes to the browser settings, reload the webpage where the clipboard access is required.
  2. Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes, changes in settings may require clearing the cache and cookies. This can be done from the browser’s settings under the privacy section.
