The Schedule block presents the event agenda in a clear and efficient way. You can include details such as the date and time of the event, and a few details about the speaker or the location.
This can be followed by other relevant details, which may relate to the sessions that will be conducted during the event.
It’s easy to understand and includes the names of the attendees and presenters, along with extra space to write down more information.

Schedule block types
Sitebuilder offers two types of the Schedule block: calendar and agenda.
To set up a calendar block, you may need to upgrade your plan, as it involves using custom code.
To add a Google Calendar to your page, follow the steps from our dedicated tutorial. Also, Google’s Add a Google calendar to your website article can help you.
Note: Your embedded calendar will only be visible to people you’ve shared it with. To allow all visitors to see your calendar, you’ll need to make it public.
Setting up a Schedule block with the agenda layout is described below.
Customizing the Schedule block
You can customize the Schedule block with the help of its control pane. To activate it, click the block and then click the Block settings icon.
The block settings menu consists of two tabs: the Layout tab and the Appearance tab.
In the Layout tab, you can switch the block layout and choose which elements should be displayed in the block. To hide a specific block element (for example, if you want to remove a button), remove the blue tick next to the element’s name.
In the Appearance tab, you can make the following changes:
- Block style: Choose the color theme of the block
- Block spacing: Adjust the whitespaces of this block at the top and the bottom
- Content style: Add a border or a shadow to make the elements stand out on the page
- Media settings: Add a black & white filter to the images within this block
Once you are done customizing block settings, click Save to confirm the changes.

Editing buttons
You can edit buttons in your Schedule block to lead to different pages on your website or to an external URL. To edit links in buttons, follow the steps outlined in these tutorials:
Duplicating block elements
If you would like to showcase more items in your Schedule block, you can duplicate any of the elements. To do that, hover over an item you want to duplicate and click the Duplicate icon. The identical block element will be inserted below the original element.
Moving block elements
To move the schedule elements around the block, hover over it to bring up the controls and click the Move icon. Drag the element up, down, or to the adjacent column and drop it in the highlighted place. The layout of the block will adjust automatically to preserve the clean look and feel of your website.
Here’s the video of the process.
Note: You can only move elements inside the block. You cannot drag them to a different block.
Deleting block elements
You can delete any block element if you have fewer items to display. To do this, hover over the unwanted element to bring up the controls and click the Delete icon.
Once you have customized your block, click Publish to make changes live.
