Adding alt text to the website logo

Alt text (alternative text), also known as "alt attributes," “alt descriptions," or "alt tags,” is used to describe the appearance and function of an image on a page. Logos, like any other images, communicate information on your website, so they need alt text too. 

With our Change alt title feature, you can add alt text to your logo. Here’s how to do this:  

1. After you upload the logo image to your site, right-click the logo icon.
2. Choose the Change alt title option from the menu.
   
   
3. Type your alt text in the field and click Save.
